- Records are shipped inside a V3 whiplash mailer with the records outside of the jacket to prevent any seam splits en route.
- No refunds are accepted for seam splits on inner sleeves, or minor bends from shipping.
- It is recommended to clean your records before spinning them.
- Vinyl is an imperfect medium and I strive my best to provide a clean listening experience. However, minor pops or crackles are part of the hobby and are not subject to refunds.
